Sales Manager – Roofing
Role
Due to continued expansion, this leading supplier of roofing and associated products is seeking a dynamic and skilled Area Sales Manager to cover the South West / West Midlands Region
You will be responsible for selling a diverse range of roofing products, including:
Roof Flashings
Slot drainage
Couplings
Connectors
Solar roof products
This role is 100% merchant/distribution focused, working with both national and independent merchants such as Jewson, SIG, Travis Perkins, Rinus Roofing, Burton Roofing, and Keyline. Key responsibilities include:
Driving new business development
Negotiating with key procurement personnel within merchant groups
Managing an expanding sales territory spanning South West / Wales / West Midlands Region

Candidate Profile
My client is looking for a high-calibre sales professional who can demonstrate:
Strong and established relationships with merchants and distributors
Proven sales experience within the roofing or a closely related sector (an advantage but not essential)
Sharp commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills
The ability to present and sell effectively at a senior level
This role offers the opportunity to step into a position akin to a Regional Key Account Manager, with a strong emphasis on strategic relationship building and new business development.
