Are you a highly organised and proactive Office Manager looking for your next challenge? A well established and successful organisation based in North Liverpool are seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of their daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across the business.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for streamlining administrative processes, implementing new policies and procedures, and driving operational improvements to enhance profitability. As a key member of the team, you’ll need excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Other Duties include:
1. Diary Management for MD
2. Diary Management for contractors
3. Liaising with clients to provide quotations and estimates
4. Scheduling jobs in with clients and contractors
5. Liaising with suppliers and ordering products
6. Ensuring that all paperwork completed by contractors is fully compliant
7. Creating reports on Excel
8. Producing invoices and issuing out to clients
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within the construction industry, have experience with scheduling out jobs to contracts and be confident on all Microsoft packages, especially Excel.
