Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to curriculum development, resources, and teaching strategies.
* Play an active role in shaping the future of the department and academy.
* Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive PE lessons that challenge and support students of all abilities.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
* Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects to enhance students’ overall learning experiences.
