We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to support our clients finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, spreadsheets and structured processes in a calm office environment.
Due to the rural location, your own transport is essential.
This role is focused purely on accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputting financial data into internal systems and spreadsheets
* Updating and maintaining digital records
* Processing invoices and expense information
* Matching and checking data for accuracy
* Supporting with basic reconciliation data input
* Filing and organising electronic documents
* Assisting with general administrative data tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Previous data entry or office administration experience
* High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Confident using spreadsheets and computer systems
* Good numerical skills
* Organised and methodical approach to work
* Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
