About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual to join our Sales Team. As a Sales Team Member, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers and providing exceptional service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in a sales and service role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Outbound Calling: Reach out to customers who have received product samples, ensuring they have received the samples and offer to send additional samples if required.
* Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and assist them in identifying suitable products and services.
* Sales Quotes & Discounts: Work with customers to generate accurate sales quotes and explore potential opportunities for offering discounts where appropriate.
* Inbound Sales Support: Manage inbound calls from customers with inquiries, offering professional support and resolving issues as needed.
* Email Communication: Respond promptly to sales-related inquiries, send quotes, provide product advice, and offer alternative sample options via email.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the sales team to share customer feedback and insights, ensuring a smooth and effective sales process.
Key Requirements:
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* Comfortable building relationships and engaging with customers over the phone and via email
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* A positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, though not essential
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
