* Work alongside the Store Manager to support the team.
* Manage inductions for new colleagues and collaborate with supervisors to drive ongoing training and development through on-the-job coaching.

* Lead daily huddles to communicate and achieve commercial objectives on sales, service, and shrink.
* Ensure products are priced, merchandised, and maintained for smooth store operation.
