Job Description
Working across all three charter departments, you will be responsible for passing client feedback to the consultants and working with them to ensure that the Clients return to book with ACS again! Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with charter consultants to create bespoke ideas on how they can elevate their services
* Contact clients post flight to gather their feedback
* Respond with any objections or negative feedback in a professional manner
* Build meaningful relationships with both Sales and Non-Sales departments
* Work toward consistently hitting your after sales call targets to drive increased client retention
* Complete requested data projects using inhouse reports and systems
Qualifications
* Fluent in business level German and English is essential
* High level of customer service experience, ideally within a luxury environment
* Strong desire to exceed targets
* Outstanding written and verbal communication
* Resilient and able to handle client feedback
* Flexible with the ability to take client calls outside of scheduled working hours
