Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team on a volunteer basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior creator or student who wants to build their portfolio, gain hands-on experience, and have real creative freedom across our social media channels — especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do

Create engaging social media content (reels, stories, carousels, posts) to promote our brand and highlight our recruitment services.

Develop and manage Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns to boost engagement and reach.

Work closely with our team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas.

Capture and edit short-form videos (e.g., behind-the-scenes clips, job tips, recruitment insights).

Assist with copywriting for captions, blog posts, and email newsletters.
*
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.
