Hours: 40+ hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank

We are seeking to
appoint a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant team in providing
quality dining experiences for our guests using 'The Dining Room'
Restaurant.

The ideal candidate
* Being a 'multi-skilled'
individual who has previous hospitality experience (bar/restaurant) -
minimum x2 years
* Excellent customer service
and communication skills
* Attention to detail to
ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
* Computer literate and a good
knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems and Simphony EPOS
system
* Ability to effectively
interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
* Be a team player as well as
an individual worker
* To be well presented and
represent a high standard of competence at all times
* Must have transport
Responsibilities
* To provide attentive service
during the meal and watch for special requests.
* To assist in the general
cleaning of your working areas.
* To take every opportunity to
upsell – desserts, starters, drinks etc.
* To attend work consistently
well groomed, in uniform
* Be willing to attend
training and gain an understanding of the menu to be able to offer
guidance and recommendations to guests
