Administrator to the Projects Team
Job Location: Poole, Dorset
Job Type: Fixed term contract, up to 12 months
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm

Overview
A long‑standing, family‑owned business based in Poole has been helping some of UK’s biggest brands deliver essential gear, equipment and smart systems for over 40 years. They are now looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the Projects Team in delivering a range of customer and internal projects.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with customer project tasks
* Setting up and updating product information
* Coordinating the set‑up and amendments of shipping
* Producing commercial invoices
* Carrying out occasional order processing when needed
Qualifications
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent Excel skills for logging information
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
