St Nicholas Chantry Primary School is seeking a values‑driven and highly knowledgeable SENDCo to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic development of our SEND provision, champion inclusion across the school, and ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive. You will shape whole‑school approaches to SEND, behaviour and curriculum access, working closely with colleagues, families, and external agencies to secure the very best outcomes for pupils.

You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team committed to helping every child reach their full potential. We’re looking for someone who:

• Has understanding of high-quality teaching, and the ability to model this for others and support others to improve.

• Has demonstrable experience of successful line management and staff development.

• Is qualified to degree level. with qualified teacher status.

Role information: Permanent part time working 13 hours per week, hours can be worked flexibly for the right candidate and can be discussed at interview
