Day to Day Duties
1. Complete day-to-day Process Engineering activities in the Diamorph CPM Group (Manchester) Value Stream
2. Use standardised Process Engineering tools and processes for consistent execution
3. Complete PFMEA and Control Plan activities to implement effective process controls
4. Develop and maintain detailed production process maps and improvement plans
5. Ensure Standard Operating Instructions (SOPs) are live and up-to-date
6. Monitor and analyse manufacturing process data to identify improvement opportunities
7. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to drive operational performance improvements
8. Implement process control measures including SPC techniques
9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to improve OEE
