Your Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll:
* Be a trusted adult for children, creating safe, loving relationships
* Support with daily living, personal care, education, and activities
* Safeguard and protect young people at all times
* Implement individual care plans tailored to each child’s needs
* Work with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
* Lead by example, helping create a positive, stable home environment
* Support with outings, appointments, and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3/4 Children & Young People’s Workforce (or willing to work towards)
* 1+ year experience in children’s residential care (or similar)
* Resilience, patience, and a nurturing personality
* Strong communication skills & IT literacy
* Full UK Manual Driving Licence (desirable)
