A client of ours in the Rayleigh (Benfleet) area are recruiting a Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract position working 37 hours per week Monday- Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm. Paying £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Solely owning and managing the diary
Acting as the key link between the Executive Leadership Team and the wider community.
Drafting communications and supporting the ELT.
Covering for the EA to the CEO when needed and supporting project governance.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Personal Assistant position:
5+ years PA/EA experience
Exceptional communication and organisation
High attention to detail.
Discretion, initiative and the confidence to operate to the highest level.
