Key Responsibilities Lead technical design and construction documentation. Oversee BIM coordination and technical quality standards. Manage project programmes, resources, and client relationships. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team. Ensure regulatory compliance and best-practice construction solutions. Skills & Experience Chartered (MCIAT) preferred.
