We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager as we expand our portfolio to include Pizza Hut.

Position Overview
The Restaurant General Manager leads the restaurant management team and staff, overseeing daily operations to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction using business expertise and management skills.
Functional Responsibilities
1. Manage all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations and equipment maintenance.
2. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards; develop improvement action plans as needed.
3. Maintain the financial health of the restaurant by achieving food cost and labor targets.
4. Manage P&L statements following financial control standards.
5. Adapt to market and environmental changes, modifying store plans to meet business goals.

3. Handle recruitment, hiring, and bench planning.
4. Implement training programs for staff and management to meet standards, enhance performance, and support career growth.

Educational & Experience Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years in multi-outlet food retail or service industry at a supervisory or management level.
2. Proven track record of achieving KPIs with primary profit responsibility.
3. Certification in Leading a Restaurant (LAR).
4. Clear ITC check.
5. Ability to relocate between restaurants as required by Pizza Hut.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
