The Graduate IT Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure of our partner's organization. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Group IT Team to continuously develop and manage IT infrastructure.
* Ensure alignment of IT security policies and procedures with all IT hardware and software components.
* Take the lead on new infrastructure projects aimed at improving efficiency and functionality.
* Offer expert advice on system enhancements and optimizations.
* Efficiently manage the helpdesk ticket system to ensure prompt user support and issue resolution.
* Keep abreast of current technology trends to identify opportunities for system improvement and competitive advantage.
* Engage stakeholders within the organization, clients, and retailers to formulate improvement strategies.
* Coordinate with solution providers and maintain relationships with IT partners.
Essential Skills:
* Proficient understanding of computer hardware, network, and telephony applications.
* Desirable experience with VMWare and networking technologies such as VLAN segregation.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Strong A-level qualifications in relevant subjects considered.
* Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
* Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
* Preferred certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional).
* UK driving license
Location: Redditch (onsite full-time)
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Benefits
