Are you an experienced educator or support professional looking to offer personalised, flexible learning outside of the traditional classroom?
We are seeking dedicated, patient, and adaptable Private Tutors to provide high-quality 1:1 tuition to pupils in Rushden who need tailored educational support. These learners may be out of school temporarily, transitioning between provisions, or receiving education through the local authority.

What Does a Private Tutor Role Involve?
1. Planning and delivering bespoke 1:1 lessons tailored to each pupil's ability and learning needs
2. Building strong, supportive relationships that encourage academic confidence and re-engagement
3. Working in line with EHCPs or personalised learning plans
4. Completing brief online reports after each session
5. Delivering tuition during the school day or after school hours, either in person or online
6. Supporting learners in a variety of settings, including mainstream schools, alternative provisions, or their homes

Who We're Looking For:

15. Strong communication and behaviour management skills
16. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
17. Teaching qualification welcome but not required - experience is key
