Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project schedules, collaborating with teams to ensure seamless alignment of tasks and milestones.
Track progress by comparing actual performance against planned timelines.
Efficiently allocate resources across functions, ensuring optimal utilisation of manpower and equipment.
Identify potential scheduling risks or delays and proactively offer strategic solutions.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management is preferred, but relevant experience can substitute for formal qualifications.
Proven experience in planning, scheduling, or managing complex projects, ideally within the pharma/biotech sectors.
Expertise in tools like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, using them effectively for project execution.
Skills and Attributes:
