Job Title : CCTV & Security Engineer
Location : Leeds, West Yorkshire (with travel throughout the UK)
Salary : £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated CCTV & Security Engineer to join our client’s growing team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This role involves installing, maintaining, and servicing CCTV and security systems across a wide range of client sites throughout the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, including IP and analogue systems.
* Conduct fault‑finding, diagnostics, and repairs on CCTV and associated security systems.
* Perform routine service visits and preventative maintenance.
* Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client requirements.
* Provide technical support and training to clients as required.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and system configurations.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all sites.
* Travel regularly across the UK with occasional overnight stays.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in CCTV installation and maintenance (minimum 2 years preferred).
* Strong understanding of CCTV systems including IP‑based solutions.
* Strong understanding of access control and fire solutions.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to travel and stay away from home as required.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with access control, intruder alarms, or other security systems.
* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. ECS / CSCS, IPAF, PASMA).
* Knowledge of networking and IP configuration.
