Position: Barista
We're looking for a passionate, skilled Barista to help bring our coffee experience to life. The ideal candidate loves coffee, takes pride in customer service, and is eager to craft delicious, beautiful beverages using traditional Vietnamese methods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve Vietnamese coffee, espresso drinks, and specialty beverages.
* Operate and maintain coffee equipment with care and attention to cleanliness.
* Provide friendly, efficient service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
* Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and well-stocked.
* Ensure every drink meets our quality and presentation standards.
* Stay current on coffee trends and offer recommendations to customers.
* Assist with inventory management and collaborate with the team for a positive work environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Barista experience (specialty coffee background preferred).
* Solid knowledge of coffee preparation, milk steaming, and latte art.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule (weekends/holidays).
