Administrator – 6661
Location: Quedgeley
Contract: Temporary (3–4 months), potential to go permanent
Hours: Full-time, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation
*
Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and engineer call-outs
*
Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day office administration
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery
*
Provide general administrative support across departments during busy project periods
Key Skills of an Administrator:
*
Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
*
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
*
Confident working with purchase orders, invoicing, and scheduling systems
*
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*
CAD experience would be an advantage but is not essential
