What You’ll Bring:
* A strong interest and awareness of the creative and events industries.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools (like Google Suite and Trello).
* The ability to multitask and be proactive under pressure.
* Great written and verbal communication skills.
What You’ll Do:
* Project Coordination: Help manage project timelines, critical paths, and team schedules.
* Content & Asset Management: Organise files, manage feedback versions, and ensure final assets are ready for delivery.
* Client and Team Support: Assist with meeting notes, collate creative feedback, and handle essential project admin.
* Supplier Relations: Help source and manage external partnerships with suppliers and freelancers.
