Position: Geography Teacher Location: Hemel Hempstead Contract: Full-Time Start Date: September Key Stages: KS3–KS5 Geography Teaching Role in an Outstanding School An outstanding school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking to appoint a passionate and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join its successful Humanities department from September. About the Role You will teach Geography across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging and intellectually stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking. Students will study topics including climate change, ecosystems, rivers, coasts, urbanisation, population, natural hazards, sustainability, and globalisation while developing strong analytical, research, and fieldwork skills. You will prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Geography examinations, supporting students in achieving excellent academic outcomes and progression to higher education. You may also contribute to enrichment opportunities including field trips, geographical investigations, and wider humanities initiatives. You will work collaboratively within a successful Humanities department committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
