Job Description
Our client, a large independent company have an exciting new permanent role as a Controller.
Duties will include
* Answering calls from Engineers and responding to customer requests
* Updating customers' on engineers arrival times
* Identifying and resolving customer issues
* Controller reports
* Scheduling engineers
* Organising rotas
* Providing back-up support in the event of absence
* Tracking and monitoring engineers to ensure enough work is being carried out
Key requirements
* Call centre experience
* Ability to motivate
* Flexibility
Hours are Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm
