What you'll be doing
This is a permanent role based in Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Watford.
You will work 40 hours a week, over four days, following a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Overtime is available, and you can choose to work it.
We will provide a Green Flag vehicle, and you will start your day from your home. Your role involves assisting customers with vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues such as being out of fuel, tyre repairs or changes, or battery replacements. You will be equipped with a full kit to help get customers back on the road, providing reassurance and technical support to ensure they can continue their journey without further issues.
* Up to £40,000 base salary depending on experience, with an OTE of £44,000-£48,000, plus a 9% employer-contributed pension, and overtime opportunities.
What you'll need
* Be 21 years or over for insurance purposes.
* A current Category B driving licence.
* NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance (preferred).
* Empathy and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes.
* Experience in the motor repair industry.
* Experience of lone working (desirable).
* Knowledge of up-to-date vehicle repair techniques.
* Adherence to health and safety best practices.
* Ability to collaborate with dispatch teams to improve customer experience.
* Self-initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
