Places Leisure (PL) is part of Places for People Group, aiming to be the UK's leading physical activity and wellbeing social enterprise. The role involves working in the PL Financial Planning and Analysis team, assisting with shaping, partnering, and influencing the financing of Leisure Centre Operating Plans.
The role requires collaboration with functional teams to implement a new planning system, enhance forecasting processes, communicate progress through KPIs, and support digital transformation through automation of financial reporting using visualization tools. Core finance and business analysis skills are essential to prioritize requests, develop requirements, and manage high-quality practices aligned with organizational ambitions.

Essential Criteria
* Practical experience in financial planning, analysis, and finance processes.
* Excellent knowledge of Planning Tools (Anaplan), Reporting Tools (Power BI), and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Awareness of latest standards, policies, and best practices.
