Procurement:
* Sourcing, tracking, chasing, and reporting on purchased items
* Negotiating with trades accounts to ensure best value
HR & Administration:
* Implementing an online cloud-based HR system
* Managing employee paperwork and online training with care home administrators
* Supporting the finance team with resident contracts
Property Management:
* Coordinating property repairs, upgrades, and reporting
* Liaising with subcontractors regarding work, timelines, and materials
* Being the point of contact for contractors, including out-of-hours calls
* Managing logistics and timelines for refurbishment projects
