Job Description
As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in managing audit assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with managers and partners while overseeing junior staff.Key responsibilities include:
3. Leading audit engagements for a varied client portfolio
4. Planning and executing audit fieldwork in line with regulatory requirements
5. Preparing statutory financial statements and audit reports
6. Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior team members
7. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
8. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and added-value services
9. Ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing standards
The Successful Applicant
The successful Audit Senior will be:
10. ACA / ACCA qualified (or nearing qualification)
11. Proven experience in an audit role within practice
12. Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
13. Experience of leading audits and supervising junior staff
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
15. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
16. Able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
