Note: This role is contracted for 49 weeks per year.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to standards and specifications, following food safety procedures
* Complying with all health & safety standards, including food information and safety checks
* Managing a section of the kitchen to required standards
* Training and directing kitchen staff and assistants
* Properly storing food to minimize waste
* Processing food orders and managing deliveries
* Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and work areas
* Using machinery and equipment correctly
* Supporting effective food service delivery with additional tasks as needed
Who you are:
* Passionate about cooking high-quality, fresh food
* Experienced Chef De Partie with a strong background
* Motivated team player with excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
* Creative, with knowledge of current food trends
* Knowledgeable about hygiene, health, and safety standards
* Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with professional presentation
