Role Overview:
A well-established consultancy is looking for an experienced Revit Technician to join their team in Dunfermline. The role offers a hybrid working pattern and the opportunity to work on a variety of residential housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage Revit models for housing projects
* Produce accurate construction drawings and documentation
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality designs
* Ensure work is completed to deadlines with high attention to detail
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years' experience using Revit
* Proven experience in the residential/housing sector
* Strong understanding of construction drawings and detailing
* Team player with good communication skills
