We provide expert treatment for the following services: • Eating disorders - Adult • Child and Adolescent Mental Health • NHS Acute • Private Acute & Addiction Services Our highly experienced multidisciplinary team deliver personalised treatment programmes alongside the use of a wide range of therapies Job Advert Role Description To be responsible for the safe operation of all units on night shift. • Ensure that all patients within the ward have their needs assessed, that programmes of care are developed to meet those needs, and are delivered in accordance with agreed policy during their span of duty. • The post holder will assist the Charge Nurses in the evaluation of care offered by nursing staff on nights. • Ensure that staff complete the nursing records for each patient in accordance with the agreed policy and NMC guidelines. • Responsible for ensuring high standards of care at nights and to lead by example and give direction • The post holder will assist in the professional guidance and clinical development of all night nursing staff, in consultation with appropriate Charge Nurse for that ward. This will include formal feedback on staff performance during their time on nights and individual coaching or training of staff on night duty. • The post holder will liaise with Charge Nurses in order to maintain safe staffing levels throughout the hospitals at night.
