To ensure that we continue to deliver an exemplary standard of care, a post has become available for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Nurse for Advanced Practice and 3 ANP Clinical Managers within the Hospital at Night department based at University Hospital Crosshouse on a permanent basis.
What You Will Do
While work is assigned from email, telephone calls, and project tasks by the Chief Nurse and CNMs, you will self-manage the workload, prioritising using your own initiative and will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision. You will undertake all aspects of administrative duties, including diary management for the Chief Nurse/CNMs. You will have line management responsibilities for one member of admin staff, and will be expected to support and develop this individual. Line management experience would be advantageous, but further training may be provided.

Knowledge, Training, And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
You are required to work collaboratively in a safe, caring, and respectful manner. Experience in administration work is essential, and experience working within a Health Service environment is desirable. An HND in Business Administration or equivalent with an interest in continued professional development is also essential.
