Overview
As Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for the success of warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated team, motivating, organising, and training members to maintain high performance.
* Ensure all operations run smoothly, maintaining safety, hygiene, and efficiency.
* Monitor attendance and performance, providing coaching and training.
* Act as the point of contact between team members and managers, handling communication and problem resolution.
* Track and report on key performance indicators, initiating improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, preferably 24/7 logistics, warehouse, FMCG or similar.
* Experience managing a large operation and liaising at all levels.
* Outstanding communication skills and the credibility to build relationships.
* Experience planning and executing warehouse operations, addressing issues as they arise.
