We’re now looking for a Global Visual Merchandising Manager to bring our brand vision to life and set the standard for best-in-class experiences worldwide.
About The Role
Reporting into the Global Head of Brand (Evergreen), you will be responsible for defining and executing the global Visual Merchandising strategy. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Events and Regional Marketing teams, you’ll translate creative ideas into inspiring physical executions – from in-store and in-clinic, to pharmacies, pop-ups, and global events.
Your role will be both creative and strategic, balancing design innovation with commercial execution. You’ll lead the development of toolkits, POSM and fixturisation guidelines, while also nurturing supplier relationships to deliver on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
This is a truly global role where you’ll have the opportunity to shape how customers discover Medik8 around the world.
In more detail, your role will include:
* Defining and delivering global Visual Merchandising guidelines and toolkits for permanent and semi-permanent fixtures.
* Designing, procuring and producing merchandising tools (POSM such as L-Boards, CTUs, and more).
* Developing compelling 3D renders, planograms, and sell-in presentations to communicate your vision.
* Partnering with regional teams to balance consistency with local market nuance and retailer requirements.
* Building and managing a network of approved suppliers to deliver world-class execution.
* Optimising store layouts and product discovery mechanics to enhance the customer journey.
* Collaborating cross-functionally with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines creative flair with commercial acumen. You’ll thrive in bringing bold ideas to life while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and execution.
Requirements:
* Proven Visual Merchandising experience within beauty (skincare or luxury preferred), ideally in a global capacity.
* Creative design background (interior, product, or architectural design).
* Strong technical skills in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (Cinema 4D a plus).
* Demonstrable vendor management experience with expert knowledge of materials and production processes.
* Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to influence at senior level.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ambitious, innovative and solution-focused, with pride in delivering high-quality work.
