As a Technical Sales Advisor based in our Basildon Office, you’ll be responsible for:
* Coordinating the multiple customer projects including customer order call off’s, arranging deliveries, stock availability, credit limits, after sales, and general customer project updates.
* Maintaining clear and timely communication with customers.
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer service.
This is a full time, permanent role working Mon-Fri, 40 hours a week within our Basildon Office.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Previous experience within a coordination, administrative or customer support role - not essential as full training provided
* Highly organised, proactive, good communication and Microsoft office skills
* Willingness to learn and collaborate within a team environment, and support other departments when required
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and various stakeholders
