Position Summary
As a Data Lifecycle Specialist, you will manage and own SAP data setup activities across lifecycle(s) specifically for new product introductions (NPI) and post‑approval changes, ensuring data accuracy, traceability and compliance. You will collaborate with colleagues in supply chain and quality to meet data delivery timelines and support timely product manufacturing and launch. Your role will help develop practical data expertise, drive improvements and contribute to GSK’s aim of delivering new products on time.
Responsibilities
* Own and maintain master data and associated records throughout the data lifecycle (including shared‑data, incoming APIs, NPI and commercial stages).
* Coordinate cross‑functional data changes and ensure timely updates in SAP.
* Protect product quality by ensuring accurate, compliant data and manage timely corrective actions to keep launches on track.
* Attend and align to key site meetings, collaborating with multiple functions and provide relevant updates and escalations to impacted project plans.
* Promote a data culture that ensures timely task completion and high data quality.
* Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities to drive process improvements and enhance team performance.
* Actively support safety, cost and quality improvement initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience working on the ERP platform and SAP.
* Data management experience.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Customer focus and stakeholder management experience.
* GSCEs or equivalent (including Mathematics and English).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a data management or supply chain environment.
* Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks or master data standards.
* Working knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
* Familiarity with change control, data governance and quality/regulatory expectations.
Additional Details
Secondment / Fixed Term Contract (FTC) of approximately 24 months. Closing date for applications: Monday 11th of May 2026 (COB).
