RMG is expanding its Customer Service Contact Centre in Northwich and is looking for Customer Service Advisors.
Important Dates for Applicants
Successful candidates will begin their journey on Monday, 1st December 2025.
Training covers the first month with no holidays or appointments to ensure you can fully grasp the programmes.
After training, you will receive 1‑to‑1 monthly coaching and regular feedback to support your development.
More About Your Role
You will respond to inbound customer contacts via phone, email, WhatsApp or online chat, providing advice, guidance and solutions. You will record all transactions accurately in Salesforce and process all resulting documentation, ensuring information is passed to colleagues. You will also support other business areas with projects.
Working Hours and Shift Pattern
The Customer Service Centre operates 24/7. Your shift will rotate on a 4‑week schedule: 8‑4 pm, 9‑5 pm, 10‑6 pm, 12‑8 pm. Every four weeks you will work a weekend shift and receive days off in lieu before and after the weekend.
More About You
We’re looking for self‑motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. Key attributes include:
