About the Role

As a Shift Manager, youll oversee depot operations during your shift, managing staff, processes, and resources to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your leadership will help maintain high service standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Process and Cost & Resource Management

• Oversee all critical shift processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and SOPs.
• Support shift supervisors in managing resources, workflows, and stakeholder coordination, allocating shift resources efficiently to balance cost control with service quality.

Leadership & Staff Management

• Communicate effectively with teams, providing clear updates on performance and objectives.
• Monitor attendance, conduct, and performance, offering coaching and development, and ensure staff receive proper training.
