In this role you will have a number of key responsibilities:
Customer Focus
1. Act as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and interviewer panels, ensuring a professional, responsive and inclusive experience at every stage
2. Coordinate interviews efficiently across regions and time zones (where applicable), removing friction for hiring managers
3. Provide clear timelines and consistent communication to all stakeholders
4. Anticipate needs and proactively address potential delays or scheduling conflicts
What this means: Candidates and hiring managers experience a structured, reliable and positive hiring journey.
Accountability
5. Take ownership of interview scheduling and recruitment administration end-to-end
6. Work with TA Partners to ensure requisitions are fully approved and compliant before progressing
7. Support external vendors with compliance, purchase orders, invoicing procedures and other ongoing tasks
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment systems (Oracle)
9. Identify risks early and escalate appropriately
What this means: Nothing is left unmanaged. Tasks are driven to closure with full visibility and control.

10. Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and international, matrixed environment
11. Adapt quickly to changes in hiring timelines or business requirements

13. Support additional recruitment activity across regions when business needs to shift

14. Partner closely with TA Business Partners, HRBPs, People Services and hiring managers, amongst others

18. Execute interview coordination with high attention to detail, speed and accuracy

Skills & Experience
22. 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations or similar
23. Experience using ATS or HR systems (Oracle would be highly beneficial)
24. Strong organisational and prioritisation capability
25. High attention to detail and accuracy.Operates with urgency
26. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
27. Clear and professional communication skills
28. Fluent English and French or great experience with AI translations
