Deputy Manager Location: Southampton Salary: Up to £37,000 per year Hours: 40 hours/week, Day Shift Job Type: Full-time, In-person We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our 20-bedded residential care home in Southampton, proudly rated GOOD by the CQC. Our home delivers person-centred care in a friendly, supportive environment for older adults. As Deputy Manager, you’ll work alongside the Home Manager to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of care. You’ll be responsible for care planning, audits, and supporting the day-to-day running of the home. In the Manager’s absence, you’ll take charge of operations and team leadership. This role offers a clear career path, with the opportunity to progress to Home Manager within 12 months, supported by further training and mentorship.
