About the Role:
They are currently seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to help grow the company’s online presence, engage key audiences and support the delivery of digital campaigns across multiple channels. This is a hands-on junior marketing role, ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys creating content, managing digital channels and learning across a broad range of marketing activities. You will support social media, email marketing, website updates, video content, campaign delivery and CRM activity, playing an important role in building the brand across both B2B and B2C audiences.
Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, creation and scheduling of engaging social media content, particularly across LinkedIn.
* Create marketing assets including graphics, short-form videos, presentations and branded content.
* Assist with video creation and editing for campaigns, social media and customer education.
* Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media and social channels.
* Help build and send targeted email campaigns using CRM and automation tools.
* Track campaign performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and results.
* Support website content updates through CMS platforms such as WordPress.
* Maintain CRM data, support segmentation and assist with campaign activity.
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure marketing materials are accurate, on-brand and commercially relevant.
* Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the company’s brand presence and content direction.
Requirements:
* Around 1+ year of experience in digital marketing, including internships, placements or junior marketing roles.
* A genuine interest in social media and experience creating engaging, on-brand content.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar.
* Design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
* Basic understanding of website content management systems, ideally WordPress.
* Strong writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Interest in visual storytelling, brand-building and digital content creation.
* Proactive, organised and comfortable managing tasks and deadlines independently.
* Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing technology business.
* Must be UK-based, have full right to work and be able to commute to the office at least once per week.
