Newstaff Employment is hiring enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers in Leighton Buzzard to work across local primary schools and surrounding villages. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (part-time considered)

Key Responsibilities
1. Teach across KS1 and KS2 classes in line with curriculum objectives.
2. Create engaging and inclusive learning environments that inspire pupils.
3. Adapt quickly to new classrooms and school settings.
4. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning experience.
5. Collaborate with school staff to maintain continuity of learning during cover periods.
Essential Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent degree in Education.
7. Previous teaching experience within KS1 or KS2.
8. Strong understanding of child development and classroom management.
9. Patience, adaptability, and passion for primary education.
10. Right to work in the UK.
11. Ability to provide two professional references.
12. Enhanced DBS required (assistance available if needed).
