Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Stevenage
Office: On-site (Monday to Friday)
Hours: 9am to 6pm
CCP are proud to be supporting a brand-new client in their search for a motivated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and growing team based in Stevenage.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or develop their career in customer service. While previous contact centre experience is preferred, the most important qualities are a strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Must Have:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently
* A proactive and organised approach to managing incoming calls and emails
Ideally:
* Previous experience working in a customer-facing role (contact centre or similar)
* Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
