Client Liaison Manager – Wandsworth Common Care Home
Summary: Manage sales and marketing processes, ensure daily operation of Sales & Marketing Department, meet and exceed budget targets, fill home with agreed client base, maximize revenue.
Main duties
* Ensure sales targets and Sales & Marketing deadlines are met, adhering to brand standards.
* Answer general sales and marketing enquiries from colleagues and customers via brochures, internet inquiries and other channels.
* Maintain up-to-date information on pipeline of potential members and their likely transition to residents to maximize revenue.
* Develop new contacts and maintain regular close contacts with key care influencers.

Shift: 08.30 – 17.00. The role focuses on managing sales and marketing processes, leading the department to meet budget targets and maximize revenue.
Requirements
* Full UK and clean driving licence.
* Negotiation skills with expertise.
* Effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
* Ability to prioritise own workload.
* Prior sales experience preferred.
* Clean DBS Disclosure check (cost covered by Avery Healthcare).
* Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
