As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for building and leading the talent acquisition function. You will develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization, working closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
- Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Implement data-driven recruitment processes and metrics
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Optimize recruitment technology and ATS systems
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
