Key responsibilities
* Set and lead the overall marketing strategy, aligning with clinical priorities and commercial objectives
* Develop and execute annual marketing plans to drive patient acquisition, retention and brand awareness
* Analyse and present performance data, ensuring clear, insight‑led decision making
* Lead, mentor and develop the Marketing Executive, fostering a high‑performing team culture
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure joined‑up delivery across all touchpoints
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective spend and measurable return on investment
* Stay ahead of market trends, customer behaviour and regulatory developments
* Partner with agencies to deliver high‑quality traffic and enquiries across SEO, PPC and paid social
* Oversee website performance, user experience and conversion optimisation
* Drive robust digital analytics and reporting to continually refine performance
* Ensure all content is accurate, ethical and compliant within a regulated environment
* Guide PR strategy to build reputation, thought leadership and expert positioning
* Plan and deliver events and patient engagement initiatives that elevate the brand
* Oversee social media direction, ensuring consistency and quality
* Act as brand guardian, protecting tone, credibility and visual identity
* Lead on creative output, including campaign direction, copy and visual approvals
You bring proven experience within a regulated environment such as aesthetics, healthcare or wellness, with a strong grasp of compliance and patient‑focused marketing. Being confident in leading multi‑channel campaigns and managing agency relationships, you have deep expertise across SEO, PPC and digital performance.
You combine analytical thinking with commercial instinct, using data to guide decisions and optimise results. A natural collaborator, you build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including clinical professionals.
