About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping students of varying abilities access the curriculum. Whether you are supporting small group work, providing one-to-one assistance, or helping with lesson preparation, your role will be vital to ensuring the smooth running of daily classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Support pupils with their learning on an individual or small group basis.
Help manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide targeted support to students with additional needs.
Prepare classroom materials and support lesson planning where needed.
Foster a positive and safe learning environment.
Job Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting (school, nursery, youth work, etc.).
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to support students with varying needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for education and helping children reach their full potential.
Confident, calm, and approachable with a professional attitude.
Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
