Role: Brand Manager – Innovation
Location: HARIBO Castleford (hybrid working; three days in the office and two days working from home). Occasional travel may also be required
Working hours: 38 hours per week

We are on the hunt for a ‘Brand Manager – HARIBO Innovation’ to come and join our happy world of HARIBO!
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a sweet seat within our HARIBO UK&I Marketing department where you will sit firmly within our Brand team.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the innovation pipeline in line with a 5-year strategy to deliver sustainable growth from new products including recipe and format expansion. How impressive does that sound!
You will report directly into our fantastic ‘Senior Brand Manager – HARIBO Innovation’ whilst also connecting with our wider Marketing department, HARIBO UK&I departments well as our global colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to connect with our external agency partners across consumer campaign development, it doesn’t get any sweeter than this!
How you’ll contribute to the mix:
* Scoping and implementing innovation and portfolio plans in line with 5-year business strategies
* Developing and delivering the HARIBO innovation pipeline on the base of deep consumer and category insights
* Management product development across innovation projects to drive growth through the stage and gate process
* Managing HARIBO innovation communication plans as required by each opportunity
* Working alongside team members to form brand plans; using data, insight and analysis to identify future jobs to be done
* Analysing and reporting NPD performance against targets
* Managing marketing budgets effectively
* Acting as a representative for the HARIBO brand at all key internal and external meetings and presenting our plans with knowledge and passion
* Adhering to style guidelines and legal and international corporate procedures

Are you currently operating within the Brand Marketing space within FMCG and are ready to take on your next challenge?
We are looking for someone who have strong product management experience including the development of strong consumer relevant and commercially sound innovation, bringing this to market on time, in full and via Stage and Gate SKU to market process. Do you have what it takes?
We are also looking for someone who has a background in confidently managing agencies in delivering insight-led multichannel marketing campaigns.
To enable sweet success, commercial and brand management acumen is key. It is also important that you are a natural strategic thinker when it comes to all elements of brand marketing. Are you a passionate data guru with a strong analytical ability? We are looking for someone who loves to get stuck into interpreting category, consumer and market data in order to identify personal opportunities and risks.
Strategic project delivery experience is also critical! Do you have top-tier planning and delivery skills? It is also important that you’re a natural when it comes to working collaboratively as well as leading cross-functional teams, not forgetting effortless manging virtual stakeholder relationships.
