Flexi-Bank Pharmacist Salary: £35 per hour Contract type: Flexi-Bank About the role To actively support the Pharmacy Manager in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services, while providing excellent pharmaceutical care to all patients treated Hospital. As a Flexibank Pharmacist, you will: Take active steps to ensure an excellent standard of pharmaceutical care for all patients Act as Responsible Pharmacist and deputise for the Pharmacy Manager when required Support the development, review, and updating of pharmacy policies, guidelines, and SOPs Lead or contribute to audit programmes, data collection, and presentations as part of the Pharmacy department’s continuous quality improvement agenda Supervise the clinical workload of the junior pharmacist and pharmacy technicians, as required Assist the Pharmacy Manager with elements of line management support for the junior pharmacist Why Join Our Flexibank?
